Church Management Training

Running the day to day of a church is much like running a business, requiring skills in many different areas. AmericanChurch, Inc., Our Sunday Visitor and Villanova University bring a collection of webinar courses that will sharpen the skills necessary to successful church management, with the first course starting on September 21st.

The Church Management Webinar Series is a collection of twelve relevant courses led by leaders at the top of their field. Courses include:

  • Church Budgeting
  • Strategic Planning
  • The Spirituality of Administration
  • Church Security and Loss Prevention
  • Leadership Development
  • External Communications
  • Civil Law
  • Human Resources
  • Social Media
  • Advisory Councils
If participants choose to view all twelve courses, they can receive a Certificate in Church Management from Villanova University Center for the Study of Church Management.
